Certainly! You’ll receive tracking for your order once it has been dispatched from us, although the length of the time slot differs based on the courier service you’ve selected.
Our free delivery to the door uses the courier company DX. All we can track is whether the item is on its delivery route and on its way to you. Unless you’ve paid for a narrower time slot, the delivery window is between 8am and 6pm on your delivery day.
Our delivery to room service costs £20 and uses the courier company BJS. You’ll receive a three hour time slot the evening before your delivery, and the driver will give you a call when they’re en route to you.
If you’re local to Norwich and lucky enough to have your delivery fulfilled by one of our own Mattressman delivery drivers, you’ll receive a two hour time slot the evening before your delivery and a pre-call on the day.
